Project

Panhard international has acquired the building at 46 route d'Esch 1470 Luxembourg, formerly the headquarters of the Private Banking activity of ING Luxembourg, with the conviction that it was necessary to endow it with its own identity.

The new name of the building, the 'Cosy', unequivocally expresses our decision to offer the occupants a high level of comfort, both by the quality of the materials chosen and by a working environment adapted to the new aspirations of your employees. This without compromising on the environmental aspects, the renovation also focused on the control of energy and the choice of materials with low ecological impact.

The building is also in the process of obtaining a “BREEAM in Use Very Good” certification for existing buildings.

The corner glass wall over the entire height offers both a strong architectural signature and a panoramic view of the upper town, the Pétrusse park and the plateau of the Cloche d'Or.

Fitness

A fitness room is located in the basement. One part of the space is dedicated to cardio equipment (weight machines, treadmills etc.), while the other is reserved for yoga/pilates sessions and is separated from the rest by an acoustic curtain.

The two changing rooms (men's and women's) each include two showers, a toilet and two washbasins, as well as storage lockers.

Thanks to a high performance ventilation system, the air can be completely renewed up to three times an hour in the entire building, including the fitness area.
